Nurse Practitioner – Correctional Health

Location: Capricornia Offender Health Service – Rockhampton, QLD

Salary & Perks: $120 per hour + super

Job Summary

Provide advanced nursing care in correctional health, prescribing ODT and Hep C treatment, and managing complex clinical presentations.

Skills and experience
ODT and Hep C Prescriber authority
Queensland Corrections Check (or willing to apply)
ALS, triage, resuscitation, and IV cannulation
Experience in correctional, emergency, and rural healthcare
Competency in pain and wound management
Competitive pay with weekly payroll
Accommodation support (offsite)




Facility may assist with QLD Corrections Check application
Adaptable contract through to late December
