Pay: $55+/hr + Super + Overtime (based on experience)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

About the Role
We're looking for skilled Maintenance Fitters to keep production running smoothly. You'll perform preventative maintenance, repair plant equipment, and respond quickly to breakdowns while working with a supportive team. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace, offering great pay and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Perform efficient and reliable preventative maintenance
Repair plant equipment to meet production targets
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns
Prioritize and manage work orders using the MEX system
Maintain accurate equipment logs and records
Collaborate with Production, Planning, and Engineering teams
Achieve KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement
About You
Trade certified in mechanical fitting or related field
Manufacturing experience essential
Knowledge of extrusion & water process equipment preferred
Welding competency (MIG/TIG/Arc)
Strong safety focus and CMMS (MEX) experience desirable
High attention to detail and excellent work ethic
Able to work independently and in a team
Must pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing
