Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District is seeking a Rehabilitation Nurse to join the team at David Berry Hospital as rehabilitation services transition to Shoalhaven Memorial Hospital. You will work with patients, families and a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care and help patients regain function.

The role supports achievement of rehabilitation goals, ongoing career development and collaboration across services in a agile regional health district.
