Uniting AgeWell Limited is seeking Home Care Workers to support clients in Burnie, Tasmania. You will provide direct care, domestic assistance, and social support, with transport as needed, within a multidisciplinary team and in accordance with care plans.

Applicants must have Certificate III/IV in Individual Support (or equivalent), current First Aid and CPR, and a valid Victorian/Tasmanian Driver's Licence. Vehicle access is essential; unqualified roles may be available.
