We’re looking for a friendly, organised receptionist and keen team player to join our growing practice. If you enjoy helping people, providing excellent customer service and keeping things running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.

Previous dental reception experience or some dental knowledge would be ideal, with further training available.

About the role

This position offers approximately 60 hours per fortnight, working Monday to Friday in the first week, with shorter hours in the second week. The second week’s roster will be discussed with the successful applicant.

As our practice grows, there may be opportunities for additional hours and career development.

Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming patients and creating a positive, comfortable experience.
Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries.
Scheduling appointments and managing bookings.
Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records.
Supporting our dentists, specialists and wider team with reception and administrative duties.

What we’re looking for:
A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
Excellent customer service and a skilled,



friendly phone manner.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Confidence using computers; experience with dental practice management software would be an advantage.
A caring, empathetic approach to patients.
Reliability, attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Previous reception experience, ideally within a dental practice, or some dental knowledge.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $32.00 – $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 38.0 per week
