Key Responsibilities:
Assisting participants with daily living activities and personal care.
Supporting community access, social engagement, and recreational activities.
Providing transportation to appointments, education, employment, and community events.
Supporting the development of life skills, independence, and confidence.
Implementing individual support plans and achieving NDIS goals.
Maintaining accurate documentation and progress notes.
Promoting participant rights, safety, and wellbeing at all times.
Building positive, respectful, and qualified relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders.
Pay: $26.44 – $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 6.0 per week
Work Location: On the road
