Fried Chicken Cook – Broaster Experience

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on cook who knows how to prepare and cook fried chicken using a broaster or pressure fryer.

Your responsibilities:
Season, marinate and coat chicken.
Operate the broaster safely and cook chicken consistently.
Keep the kitchen and equipment clean.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Help with food preparation and other kitchen duties.
Take responsibility for the quality of food leaving the kitchen.

What we’re looking for:
Experience cooking fried chicken with a broaster or pressure fryer.
Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team.
Able to work in a rapid-paced kitchen.
Comfortable taking responsibility and working hands-on.
