ASLAN Coffee is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Barista / All Rounder to join our team at The Rocks.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve consistently high-quality coffee and beverages.
Provide friendly, attentive and knowledgeable customer service.
Take orders, operate POS and make menu recommendations.
Serve food and beverages, clear tables and assist with daily café operations.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and equipment standards.
Assist with opening, closing, restocking and general café duties.
Work collaboratively with the team during busy service periods.

What We're Looking For
Previous barista and hospitality experience preferred.




Confident espresso preparation and milk texturing skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and remain organised under pressure.
Reliable, punctual and proactive team player.
Willingness to learn and contribute to a positive workplace.
Availability to work weekends and public holidays when required.
Valid Australian working rights.
