We're seeking an experienced and passionate Head Barista / Duty Manager to lead our café team and oversee daily operations. This hands-on role combines exceptional coffee-making skills with team leadership, customer service, and shift management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages.
Lead, train, and support café staff during shifts.
Ensure outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction.
Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Handle stock control, ordering, and cash management.
Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and workplace compliance standards.
Resolve customer enquiries and support smooth venue operations.

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a senior or head barista.




Previous supervisory or duty management experience.
Robust leadership and communication skills.
Passion for coffee, hospitality, and customer service.
Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced environment.
RSA certification preferred.
