Takeaway Counter Attendant / Customer Service All-Rounder

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and hardworking Takeaway Counter Attendant to join our busy restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
Take takeaway orders over the phone and at the front counter.
Operate the POS system and process cash and card payments.
Manage online orders through Uber Eats, DoorDash and other delivery platforms.
Pack, check and hand over takeaway orders accurately.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared on time.
Handle customer enquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front counter and customer service areas.
Assist with general front-of-house duties as required.





Requirements
Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred but not essential.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Reliable, punctual and a good team player.
Availability to work evenings and weekends.
Basic computer and cash-handling skills.
