Blue Bins Waste is looking for a friendly, organised and motivated person to join our busy team in a full-time Customer Service & Operations Coordinator role.

We are a growing skip bin hire and waste management business looking for someone who enjoys working in a quick-paced environment and can help keep our daily operations running smoothly.

About the Role

This is a hands-on office-based position involving customer service, bookings and coordinating our drivers' daily schedules.

Your daily responsibilities will include:
Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer enquiries
Taking skip bin bookings and organising deliveries, pickups and changeovers
Scheduling and coordinating truck drivers' daily jobs
Communicating with drivers throughout the day to ensure jobs run smoothly
Responding to customer emails and assisting with general enquiries
General administration and office duties
Working closely with our team to ensure excellent customer service

About You

We're looking for someone who:
Has excellent communication and customer service skills
Is organised and able to multitask
Can think on their feet and problem-solve




Is confident using computers and can quickly learn and adapt to new software systems
Has experience or familiarity with Xero accounting software
Is comfortable working across multiple computer systems throughout the day
Works well in a busy, fast-paced environment
Has a positive attitude and is a team player
Is reliable, punctual and willing to learn

Previous experience in customer service, transport scheduling or dispatch would be an advantage. Familiarity with Xero and the ability to quickly pick up new computer systems will be highly regarded.
