Aurea Gourmet is looking for an experienced and motivated Bar Manager to join our team.

We’re seeking someone with robust leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and hands-on experience managing both bar operations and coffee service.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily bar and coffee operations.
Lead, train and manage baristas and bar staff.
Maintain high standards of coffee quality, beverage presentation and customer service.
Manage staff rostering, stock control and ordering.
Ensure smooth and effective daily operations.
Maintain cleanliness, organisation and workplace standards.

About You
Previous experience in a Bar Manager or senior hospitality role.




Solid knowledge of coffee preparation and barista operations.
Proven experience managing bar operations and leading a team.
Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
A hands-on leader with a positive attitude and a robust work ethic.
Passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience.
