A leading National Retailer is expanding and we’re looking for a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at our newly opened, state-of-the-art Distribution Centre.

The Opportunity

As Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring stock is received, stored, and dispatched efficiently, safely, and on time.

You’ll operate the later shift with a finish time of 5pm and work closely with the DC and Warehouse Manager to drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily warehouse operations including inbound and outbound stock
Lead, motivate and support warehouse staff to meet productivity and quality targets
Ensure inventory accuracy and high standards of product care
Maintain a secure, clean and efficient working environment
Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies
Ensure compliance with WHS policies and procedures




Coordinate workflows to meet deadlines and customer expectations

About You
Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution centre supervisory role
Strong leadership skills with a positive, team-focused attitude
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Have a LO forklift license OR willing to obtain if successful.
Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
Ability to thrive in a quick-paced, growing environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
