Join the Marigold Gardening team!

We're looking for an experienced gardener to join our full-time garden maintenance team, starting early November in the Northern Beaches. If you have a knowledge of plants, enjoy creating and maintaining beautiful gardens, and take pride in your work, we'd love to hear from you. As our Team Leader, this is a hands-on role combining physical gardening with field crew coordination and exceptional client care.

Your Role & Responsibilities
Supervise a small garden maintenance team, ensuring daily schedules are completed efficiently.
Perform expert horticultural tasks including lawn mowing, edging, hedging, pruning, weeding, and planting.
Act as the primary point of contact on-site, building excellent rapport and providing excellent service.

What We're Looking For




Experience: background in garden maintenance
Key credentials: Valid NSW Driver’s Licence (preferred Manual)
Skills: Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
