We are an established food importer and wholesaler seeking friendly, reliable customer service staff to join our Mount Waverley office.

Your responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email.
Enter and process customer orders accurately.
Assist with product, stock availability and delivery enquiries.
Coordinate with our sales, warehouse and delivery teams.
Maintain customer records and assist with general administration.

About you
Positive spoken and written English.
A friendly telephone manner and a helpful approach to customers.
Solid attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
Comfortable using computers and learning order processing systems.
Reliable, organised and able to work well in a team.
Customer service or administration experience is welcome.
Japanese, Chinese or Korean language skills would be an advantage, but are not essential.
