Valid driver's licence
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Queensland Yellow Card), or willingness to apply
Robust understanding of Australian culture, lifestyle, social norms and everyday Australian English, including common expressions and colloquial language
Ability to communicate naturally and build rapport with a participant who is most comfortable with familiar Australian communication styles
Ability to commit to an ongoing Thursday shift, 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

The participant has specific communication and cultural preferences, which will be discussed during the recruitment process.
