Vibe Caravans is looking for a friendly and reliable Office Assistant to join our team in Campbellfield.

We're looking for someone who is confident on the phone, organised and eager to learn. This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day running of our office and working closely with our managers and directors.

Key Duties
Answering incoming phone calls in a friendly and professional manner
Making outgoing calls to potential customers and following up enquiries
Responding to emails in a timely and skilled manner
Taking accurate messages and passing on relevant information
Providing general office support and assisting other areas of the business as required

About You

We're looking for someone who:
Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Is confident and professional when communicating over the phone and by email
Is organised,



reliable and pays attention to detail
Can take initiative and work without constant supervision
Is comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Has basic computer skills and can confidently use email and general office programs
Previous office experience is essential.
