Arundel Tavern is looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Duty Manager to join our team on a full time basis!

We're looking for someone who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service, leads by example and can confidently manage the day-to-day operations in a busy venue.

THE ROLE:

As a duty manager you play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the venue, creating a great customer experience and supporting the team to perform their best.

Responsibilities include:
Overseeing daily venue operations and ensuring service runs smoothly
Leading, engaging and supporting front-of-house staff
Delivering exceptional customer service and handling customer enquiries or complaints professionally
Managing staff allocations, shift coordination and operational requirements
Ensuring RSA and RSG, WPHS standards and compliance are adhered to




Assisting with stock control, cash handling and reporting
Supporting the management team to achieve operational requirements.

ABOUT YOU:
Previous recent experience (min. 1yr) as a duty manager of a venue
Strong leadership and communication skills
Remains calm under pressure & whilst making decisions
Versatile to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Current RSA, RSG, RMLV and approved managers license
