Wavelength is seeking a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to lead a current adolescent mental health unit in NSW, Australia. The role focuses on high-impact clinical leadership, shaping treatment pathways, and supervising registrars within a trauma-informed, culturally protected workplace.

You will work with a diverse team to deliver care for youths aged 12–17, participate in registrar supervision, and join after-hours Rosters with opportunities to influence broader service delivery.
