We’re looking for an experienced Night Shift Supervisor to lead our evening operations at The Last Slice (TLS). This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a rapid-paced food setting and knows how to lead from the front.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage night shift staff
Ensure smooth kitchen & FOH operations during service
Maintain food quality, speed, and consistency
Lead pizza production during busy periods
Handle customer service issues professionally
Oversee cleaning, closing procedures, and standards
Ensure staff follow food safety and workplace procedures

Essential Experience
Pizza making experience (required)
Staff supervision / team leadership experience (required)
Front of House (FOH) experience (required)

Preferred (but not essential)




Barista experience
Robust cleaning and closing procedures experience
POS experience (Lightspeed an advantage)
