Kitchen Hand / Dishwasher – Commercial Kitchen

Gourmet Meals, a family-owned business located in Biggera Waters, is seeking a reliable Kitchen Hand / Dishwasher to join our afternoon kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to join a supportive, fast-paced workplace with opportunities to grow.
Shifts are scheduled Monday to Friday starting at 12pm. We are offering 24 to 38 hours per week, depending on workload and individual performance.

What We’re Looking For:
Understanding of food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented workplace
Willingness to learn and adapt
Punctuality and reliability
Experience in food manufacturing or commercial kitchens (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
Preparing and portioning ingredients for meal production
Assisting with meal preparation and cooking activities
Washing dishes, trays, utensils, cookware and kitchen equipment




Cleaning and sanitising production areas and equipment
Maintaining food safety, hygiene and quality standards
Completing production and batch records as required
Working with the team to achieve daily production targets
Following HACCP, GMP and WHS requirements
Assisting with other reasonable duties as required
