What you’ll be doing:
Looking after daily café operations.
Managing staff, rosters and training.
Making sure customers receive excellent service.
Handling stock orders and working with suppliers.
Keeping an eye on sales, wages and operating costs.
Maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards.
Helping the team improve and keeping the café running efficiently.
What we’re looking for:
Previous café management experience.
Valuable leadership and communication skills.
Someone organised, reliable and hands-on.
Able to handle busy periods and solve problems.
A positive attitude and willingness to support the team.
