Pizza Chef – Crust Society | Coolangatta, Gold Coast

Crust Society is looking for a passionate and reliable Pizza Chef to join our team in Coolangatta.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in making excellent pizza, works well in a team and can keep quality consistent during busy service.

Your responsibilities: Prepare pizza dough, toppings and ingredients. Hand-stretch, top and cook pizzas. Manage the pizza oven and maintain consistent cooking standards. Keep your section clean, organised and ready for service. Follow food safety procedures and minimise waste. Help with general kitchen preparation as needed.

What we’re looking for: Previous experience as a Pizza Chef. Confidence with hand-stretched dough and a wood-fired or gas pizza oven. Valuable organisation, attention to detail and a positive attitude. Ability to work efficiently during busy periods. Availability for evening and weekend shifts. Valid Australian working rights.
