We're looking for experienced Cafe Managers to lead our Chermside and Joyner stores!

What You'll Be Doing
Lead the day-to-day operations of a busy café, keeping service running smoothly.
Lead, train and develop the Front of House (FOH) team.
Build a positive team culture with clear expectations and strong communication.
Manage staff rostering, shift coverage and team performance.
Maintain high standards across customer service, presentation, cleanliness and service speed.
Work closely with the Head Cook to keep FOH and kitchen operations running as one team.
Lead from the front, support the team during busy periods and jump in wherever needed.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues to ensure a excellent guest experience.
Monitor stock, ordering, wastage, food safety and daily operational standards.

What We're Looking For




Previous experience as a Cafe Manager, Café Supervisor, Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality leadership role.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate, train and hold a team accountable.
Experience managing rosters, shift operations and day-to-day café performance.
A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering great customer service.
The ability to stay organised, make decisions and keep a cool head in a quick-paced environment.
A hands-on approach. You're happy to lead from the floor, set the standard and get stuck in.
Solid communication skills and the confidence to take ownership of your store.
