Established in 2013 and based in Sydney, Australia, White Fox has quickly become the go-to online fashion destination and is continuing to take over wardrobes everywhere. We are looking for a proactive and organised Office Assistant to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, wide-ranging role supporting the day-to-day operations of our HQ, including stock coordination, showroom assistance and general office support.

Key Responsibilities
• General office support across the business
• Processing stock in and out for the Creative, Socials and PR teams
• Helping the showroom with stock and general support
• Coordinating deliveries between the warehouse and HQ
• Keeping stock organised and records accurate
• Working with multiple teams and pitching in where needed




• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and think on your feet
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork
• Flexibility with hours and the ability to work to deadlines
• Interest in online fashion and the e-commerce industry
• Experience in office, retail, or showroom roles
