CAFÉ SUPERVISOR / ALL-ROUNDER

We’re looking for an experienced Café Supervisor / All-Rounder to join our team.

We are a busy café/restaurant open 7 days a week, with a happy, professional and friendly working workplace.

We’re looking for someone who is confident across all areas of café service and enjoys working with people.

The ideal candidate will have:
Previous café supervisor or senior all-rounder experience
Strong barista skills, including grinder adjustments and milk texturing
Excellent waitressing and customer service skills
Confident using a POS/register system
Great communication and people skills
Ability to lead and support the team during busy periods
Well presented and professional
Good spoken English
Reliable,



organised and able to take initiative
Comfortable helping wherever needed coffee, floor, register, cold drinks and general café operations
Weekend availability is essential when needed

We’re looking for someone who is a true all-rounder — someone who can step into any part of the operation, keep things running smoothly and make sure our customers have a great experience.
