At Char'd, every chicken is marinated for 48 hours, cooked over real charcoal, and nothing sits longer than 15 minutes. Our Eastern Creek store is busy and we need a charcoal cook who takes pride in getting it right.

What you'll do
Light and manage the coals, then load and run the rotisserie
Cook every bird to standard, batch after batch
Run the 15-minute fresh rule through the rush
Keep your station clean, stocked and ready for the next batch

You'll fit in if you
Like hands-on work around heat and fire
Are reliable on opens
Take pride in getting it right every time

You don't need experience. You need a can-do attitude, and we'll teach you the rest. Grill or rotisserie experience is a bonus.
