About us
Mr Crackle is a quick serve carvery serving roast meals, loaded spuds, sandwiches and more. We’re growing, and we need a hands-on manager to lead our store.
The role
Lead, train and roster a team of casual and part time staff
Run fast, friendly service, especially through the lunch rush
Manage stock, ordering and occasionally assistant BOH with food prep and portion control
Keep labour costs on target
Uphold food safety and cleaning standards
About you
Previous hospitality management experience is essential
Solid leader in a high-volume workplace
Understands food cost and rostering to budget
Available weekdays and weekends as needed.
