Aurea Gourmet is looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team.

We’re seeking someone with solid coffee-making skills, a great eye for detail and the ability to deliver consistently high-quality coffee in a busy café environment.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare high-quality espresso-based coffee and other beverages.
Dial in espresso and adjust grinders to maintain consistent coffee quality.
Demonstrate excellent milk texturing and latte art skills.
Maintain coffee quality, presentation and consistency during busy service.
Keep coffee equipment and workstations clean and organised.
Work closely with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service.
Provide friendly and skilled customer service.

About You




Previous experience as a barista in a busy café.
Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, grinder calibration and milk texturing.
Confident producing quality latte art.
Able to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards.
Reliable, organised and a strong team player.
Passionate about specialty coffee and customer service.

Location: Prahran, MelbourneStart Date: Negotiable
