Connect People is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our client’s transmission line construction team, based in Rockhampton, QLD.

Our client delivers major energy and infrastructure projects across Queensland. This is a great prospect for a proactive administrator looking to step into a quick-paced project setting.

What’s on offer:
$42.00 to $48.00 per hour + super
Contract to March 2027, temp to perm potential
Monday to Friday, flexible start and finish times
Parkhurst depot, some work from home

What you’ll be doing:
Raising, tracking and reconciling purchase orders in Ariba
Processing invoices and updating delivery spreadsheets
Document control, including scanning, filing and uploading site paperwork
Managing subcontractor compliance and onboarding
Sourcing suppliers, requesting quotes and issuing POs
Coordinating travel, accommodation and mobilisation for project personnel

What you need:
Experience as a Project Administrator, Site Administrator or similar support role
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word and Outlook)
Construction, utilities, energy,



mining or infrastructure experience preferred, though transferable admin skills will be considered
Ariba experience ideal, but training provided
Highly organised, resilient and confident making decisions in a high-pressure environment
Full Australian working rights and based in Rockhampton or surrounds
