What we’re looking for
1–2 years’ experience in a similar kitchen or grill-focused role
Strong experience with flame or charcoal grilling (essential)
Solid understanding of meat cuts, cooking temperatures, and resting
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (advantageous, not essential)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure workplace
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Passion for quality food and hospitality
Flexible availability across a 7-day rotating roster
