About the Role:

Inspire Disability Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our community nursing team. The role involves providing high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes, with a focus on wound care, dressing changes, and general nursing support.

You will be part of a supportive and professional team dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of people living in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform wound assessments and dressing changes in accordance with care plans.
Administer medications and monitor client health status.
Complete accurate nursing documentation, progress notes, and incident reports.
Liaise with GPs, allied health professionals, and family members as required.
Educate clients and carers on ongoing care and health maintenance.
Maintain compliance with infection control, safety, and ethical standards.

About You:




Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1).
Experience in community nursing, aged care, or wound management.
Excellent clinical judgment and documentation skills.
Robust communication and interpersonal abilities.
A compassionate and person-centred approach to care.
Current Driver’s Licence, Police Check, and Working with Vulnerable People/Children Check.

Pay: $60.00 – $65.00 per hour
