Permanent Part Time, Administration Assistant

to join our team in Seaford. This is a varied role where you’ll work closely with our administration, manufacturing and engineering teams. We’re a friendly workplace that values

accuracy, quality and doing things properly

rather than simply chasing throughput. What you’ll be doing

General administration and office support Processing customer and supplier orders Bookkeeping and accounts tasks Answering phones and being the first point of contact Supporting our administration, manufacturing and engineering teams Assisting with a range of day-to-day office tasks What we’re looking for

You’ll be organised, reliable and detail-focused, with a practical, can-do approach. We’re looking for someone who:



Has solid administration experience Is confident communicating with customers and suppliers Takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail Can work independently as well as part of a small team Is comfortable working across a range of tasks Is reliable and takes ownership of their work Bookkeeping experience and familiarity with MYOB AccountRight or Xero will be well regarded, but we are not looking for an accountant. What’s on offer

Permanent Part-time: Monday, Wednesday & Thursday Flexible hours:
