The Chance Our client are seeking a customer service representative to support the customer service team in Casula. A mixed administrative, customer service and warehouse support position, this role provides excellent opportunity and variety.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the warehouse and transport teams.
Assist customers with the return of products, communicating over the phone and email.
High volume data entry into system.
Ensuring all records and paperwork are up to date.
Populating and maintaining spreadsheets.
Assist as required with branch administration tasks.
Key Requirements
Robust communication skills.
Positive attention to detail/record keeping skills.
Past logistics administration highly regarded
SAP experience desirable
Ability to join an immediately starting position.
