Our client is seeking a full-time Carpenter / Skilled Labourer to join their team, based in Balcatta. This is a practical, hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys variety in their work and takes pride in delivering quality outcomes.

You’ll be working across aged care facilities, so a skilled, respectful approach is essential, particularly when working in occupied environments. The role will suit someone who is reliable, physically capable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

What you’ll be doing:
General handyman and maintenance work
Roof tiling, minor roof repairs and leak rectification
Fencing repairs and installations
Remedial construction and basic carpentry works
Room make‑positive works including carpet removal, patching, minor demolition and reinstatement
Assisting with site clean‑ups and material handling




Representing the business professionally when interacting with site managers and staff

What you’ll need:
Previous experience as a Skilled Labourer, Carpenter, Handyman, Maintenance Worker or Trade Assistant
Carpentry experience highly regarded
Physically fit and capable of manual labour
Strong work ethic with a can‑do attitude
High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Positive communication skills and professional presentation
Reliable and punctual with a team‑oriented mindset
