Pino's al Mare in Cronulla is seeking a Senior Manager who loves hospitality and Italian dining to lead on the floor, drive seamless service, and mentor staff. You will also manage rostering, training, supplier communications and day-to-day rhythm to ensure every shift feels effortless.

We offer rotating rosters, a explicit path to Restaurant Manager, and a supportive owner-operated team with a robust focus on private events and bespoke dining experiences.
