About the role

Step away from a traditional agency portfolio and manage a small number of properties for a single landlord. Combining property management, leasing and some facilities management, you will also get to oversee minor renovation projects and identify opportunities to improve rental returns, without the pressure of managing a large portfolio.
Manage leasing from inspections through key handover
Ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
Manage arrears, rent reviews and lease renewals
Oversee facilities, repairs, quotes and trades
Coordinate minor renovations, budgets and contractors
Manage compliance and NCAT matters as required

Experience required
5+ years' residential property management experience
Solid legislation knowledge
A current driver's licence and reliable car
Solid attention to detail, highly organised
A reliable work history and employment references
