The Adelaide Resource Centre in Ryde is seeking a Support Worker to deliver outstanding reablement support alongside crisis and planned short stay care for the 23 people who use our services. Isle of Wight Council is the sponsoring employer for this post, based on site in Ryde.

The role is part time with a pro-rata salary range and includes a shift allowance. It supports Disability Confident practices and community-based care delivery.
