Full-time role

Rostered day off once every four weeks

Do you like working with and helping people? Then this role is for you! Working in a close-knit team, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will provide exceptional customer service while managing appointments, enquiries, and day-to-day administration. You'll support children & adults from diverse backgrounds and assist with minor hearing aid repairs & cleaning.

The successful candidate will have
A proactive, can-do attitude and solid problem-solving skills
Accountability and attention to detail
Solid computer and technology skills




Confidence using Apple and/or Android devices
Passion for purpose-driven work
