You will conduct medication reviews, advise on complex drug regimens, and engage with patients to ensure secure pharmacotherapy. Travel and accommodation are provided, with a weekday schedule and no weekends.

The role requires registration with AHPRA, hospital/clinical pharmacy experience, and solid teamwork and communication skills to support the medicine ward and multidisciplinary teams.
