Our client is a national, full service commercial law firm. Its well established employer practice advises small and large corporates, government and statutory authorities across a wide range of industries.

The role
Contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including Fair Work claims (unfair dismissal, general protections, adverse action)
Employment and work health and safety advice
Enterprise agreements, award compliance and workplace investigations
Employment contracts, policies and restructuring
Leading matters, building client relationships and working with junior lawyers
Contributing to growing the practice

Versatile working arrangements available.

Requirements
Senior Associate level (Special Counsel also considered)
Experience across contentious and non-contentious employment matters, acting for employers
Broad employment and safety advisory experience
Robust client relationship skills and the ability to lead matters
Full working rights in Australia and a current practising certificate
