Pharmacy Assistant/Lotto Retail Assistant - Newsagency Experience Preferred

West End Discount Drug Store is seeking a friendly, reliable and motivated Retail Assistant with Lotto or Golden Casket experience to join our busy, community-focused pharmacy.

With the recent addition of Lotto services, this is a great opportunity for someone with a newsagency or Lotto background who enjoys working with people and providing excellent customer service.

Lotto or Golden Casket experience is essential; pharmacy experience is not required. We're happy to provide training, including the S2/S3 program, to help you build your pharmacy knowledge and confidently assist customers throughout the store.

Full-time available | 38 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
Deliver friendly and professional customer service
Assist customers with retail products and enquiries
Process cash, EFTPOS and Lotto transactions
Maintain stock levels and merchandising




Keep the store clean, organised and welcoming
Support the pharmacy team with day-to-day operations

About You
Experience in a newsagency, retail or customer service role
Lotto experience highly regarded
Friendly, reliable and confident with customers
Strong communication and organisational skills
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace
Proactive with a willingness to learn
