We’re looking for an experienced Change Manager to support key programs of work within a large enterprise workplace.

What You’ll Do
Develop and execute change strategies and plans
Conduct impact and readiness assessments
Support stakeholder engagement, communication, and training
Align change activities with project milestones and business goals
Facilitate change forums, workshops, and reporting

What You’ll Bring
5+ years in Change Management across enterprise environments
Solid knowledge of change methodologies (e.g. ADKAR/Prosci)
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate complexity
Background in business, projects, or related disciplines
