About the Role
An exciting prospect is available for an Assistant Manager to join a high performing retail store in Townsville on a permanent basis. Leading a team of six, you will balance hands on customer service with sales leadership, staff development and daily store operations. From managing customer enquiries and coordinating with the warehouse team to supporting sales targets and maintaining service standards,
you will play an important role in the store's ongoing success.
