Gippsland Lakes Complete Health (GLCH) is seeking a Home and Community Based Nursing Manager based in East Gippsland. You will lead and mentor a team delivering home-based, aged and complex care, including palliative care, with oversight from the Executive Manager.

Primarily based in Lakes Entrance, you will provide day-to-day management, clinical governance and strategic input, ensuring protected, high-quality care and robust relationships with funding bodies and health partners.
