The Reject Shop in Fremantle is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to run a busy retail store. You’ll be on the floor with a team of 10–15, overseeing stock, service, standards and day-to-day operations. No desk work—lead by example and stay engaged with customers and staff.

We offer a base hourly rate dependent on experience, plus penalties, overtime, a bonus, and 17.5% leave loading, with a explicit path for growth as the business expands.
