This role combines hands‑on civil design with As‑Built verification, asset handover and project delivery, providing exposure across the full project lifecycle from concept design through to council acceptance.

3 -7 Years Post Grad Expereince.




Land development project experience
As‑Built and ADAC knowledge
Working Knowledge of 12D
RPEQ or working towards Duties &

Responsibilities:
Deliver civil designs for developments
Prepare As‑Built documentation packages
Review survey and construction data
Coordinate council asset handovers
