Randstad is seeking a Programs, Partnerships & Memberships Lead for a Melbourne-based non-profit. The role focuses on driving growth, cultivating strategic relationships with sponsors and donors, and overseeing program and membership initiatives.

You will design and evaluate mission-driven activities, manage budgets, and report on outcomes to cross-functional teams. The position is part time (0.8 FTE) on a contract basis.
