Journey Beyond is seeking an experienced Sous Chef for our land-based production kitchen, reporting to the Catering Supervisor. You will oversee operations across vessels and offshore services, delivering exceptional catering in a rapid-paced setting.

The role requires solid leadership, staff management, and a commitment to high culinary standards with a focus on safety, hygiene, and waste minimisation. Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods is required.
