Key Responsibilities
Decorate cakes using piping, cream application and other skilled decorating techniques
Create attractive and consistent cake designs according to company standards
Prepare and handle cream, frosting, fillings and decorative ingredients
Ensure high standards of cake presentation, appearance and quality
Complete decorating tasks efficiently to meet daily production requirements
Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic workspace
Collaborate with the baking team to ensure smooth daily operations
About You
Minimum 1 year of relevant cake decorating experience
Proficiency in cake piping, frosting, cream application and cake finishing techniques
Strong creativity, precision and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
Excellent time management and teamwork skills
Must be able to communicate effectively in Mandarin Chinese
